Ordering and Payment:
We accept secure and convenient payment methods: PayPal and PayPal Later.
Both options ensure your transaction is safe and straightforward, giving you flexibility at checkout.
PayPal:
At MIXs, we offer a secure and easy payment option through PayPal — a trusted global online payment system that allows you to pay safely without sharing your debit or credit card details with us. PayPal works as a convenient electronic alternative to traditional payment methods, making your checkout quick and worry-free. Payments are processed at the time you place your order.
PayPal Payment & Buyer Protection:
Payments made via PayPal are temporarily held by PayPal until shipment is confirmed with a valid tracking number. This is part of PayPal’s buyer protection system and helps protect customers from fraud.
Please note that this process is handled solely by PayPal and does not affect order processing or shipping times.
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Payments can be made securely using a credit or debit card through PayPal’s checkout.
How do I pay with PayPal?
Simply select PayPal at checkout and follow the on-screen steps. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to choose your preferred funding source for the payment. After completing your payment, you’ll receive two confirmation emails: one from PayPal confirming your payment, and one from Mixs confirming your order.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No! You can pay with PayPal without creating an account. This way, PayPal won’t keep your details after your purchase. Note that PayPal allows up to 10 transactions without an account. Your payment will be securely debited directly from your bank account.
Order Confirmation and Stock Availability:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
This email will also notify you once we have verified the availability of the items you ordered. You will receive a second email confirming that your payment was successfully processed and that your items are in stock and being prepared for shipment.
If any of the products you ordered are unavailable, we will inform you promptly and provide options for refund or alternative products.
Please note that order preparation and handling take 3–5 business days before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
