Order Confirmation and Stock Availability

After placing your order, please check your email for your order confirmation. If you do not receive it, please contact us using the details below.

If any of the products you ordered are unavailable, we will inform you promptly and provide options for refund or alternative products.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation and handling before shipment. This is the handling period, not the delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

Return Period:
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
