We offer a carefully curated selection of fashion items, each chosen with passion and attention to detail. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.
KLRA, the owner of the shop, travels extensively to festivals and diverse markets around the world. Because our stock comes directly from these unique journeys, availability is limited and constantly changing. Our collection is showcased in the MIXS moving shop, reflecting a truly one-of-a-kind concept.
Each item is personally selected after experiencing it firsthand, ensuring authenticity and a deep connection to the culture and craftsmanship behind every piece.
4. Ordering and Payment
We accept secure and convenient payment methods: PayPal and PayPal Later.
Both options ensure your transaction is safe and straightforward, giving you flexibility at checkout.
PayPal:
At Mixs, we offer a secure and easy payment option through PayPal — a trusted global online payment system that allows you to pay safely without sharing your debit or credit card details with us. PayPal works as a convenient electronic alternative to traditional payment methods, making your checkout quick and worry-free. Payments are processed at the time you place your order.
PayPal Payment & Buyer Protection:
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Payments can be made securely using a credit or debit card through PayPal’s checkout.
How do I pay with PayPal?
Simply select PayPal at checkout and follow the on-screen steps. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to choose your preferred funding source for the payment. After completing your payment, you’ll receive two confirmation emails: one from PayPal confirming your payment, and one from Mixs confirming your order.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No! You can pay with PayPal without creating an account. This way, PayPal won’t keep your details after your purchase. Note that PayPal allows up to 10 transactions without an account. Your payment will be securely debited directly from your bank account.
5.Order Confirmation and Stock Availability
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
This email will also notify you once we have verified the availability of the items you ordered. You will receive a second email confirming that your payment was successfully processed and that your items are in stock and being prepared for shipment.
If any of the products you ordered are unavailable, we will inform you promptly and provide options for refund or alternative products.
Please note that order preparation and handling take 3 - 5 business days before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Typically, orders are processed within two business days .During peak periods such as seasonal events, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances including severe weather, processing times may be extended, and certain delivery services may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. In these cases, we will select the best available alternative to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email from the courier.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package.
Returns will be accepted only if the products are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at mixsfestivalpicks@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Please note that the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.
